We Clean Houses in the Severn & Wye Valley

Hi I am Anita Herniman and I own the SelClene Franchise for the Severn & Wye Valleys.

The Agency covers the Forest of Dean and the Wye Valley From Chepstow up to Ross-on-Wye, and also Gloucester.

I am assisted in running the Agency by the SelClene Call Centre run by my fellow Franchisee, Lesley Yacomine, where the agency staff quickly and efficiently deal with all client and cleaner related questions ranging from allocation of new cleaners to changing the hours required and account related queries.

The Call Centre is manned from Monday to Friday between 09.00h and 17.00h and staff are always happy to discuss any query you may have relating to the services we provide.

Im Lesley, and I run the Call Centre. I also deal with new clients and discuss their requirements in order to ensure we can allocate the best cleaner for you.

Im Rachel. I deal with existing clients and cleaners ensuring that the allocation process is follwed through smoothly liasing with both clients and cleaners to ensure that the allocate cleaner goes for an appointment and then starts the cleaning.

Im Tammy and I deal with all our new cleaners. All our new cleaners contact me and then called for interview. Once invterviewed and references checked and the cleaners trained to the Selclene standard they are then ready to be given work.
